‘DREAM BIG, LIVE SLOW’
As our mother company 'Magic Travels DMC' head office is based in Paris, we have a comprehensive knowledge of the destination, not to mention it's 550 golf courses. Many of the courses are designed by famous architects such as Trent Jones Snr & Jnr, Pete Dye, Tom Doak, Tom Simpson and Jack Nicklaus.
The varied French landscapes and topography, mean golfers can enjoy all course types including links, clifftop, parkland, mountain range, resort style and more.
Having played host to the Ryder Cup in 2018 at Le Golf National - France has certainly kicked on in the golf tourism market. Resorts such as Golf du Médoc, Terre Blanche and Evian bring world class golf experiences.
France seduces travellers with iconic landmarks and café terraces, epic history and bustling village life. Experiences and cuisine - to be savoured.
Let's also not forget about Shopping! You might perhaps associate Cannes more with film stars and big yachts than with shopping, but rest assured even the least enthusiastic French shopper will enjoy the shopping experience of this popular Riviera resort.
There are numerous upmarket and interesting shopping areas and streets in Paris, so it’s hard to know where to suggest -but we can't just list them all so we will suggest the Champs Elysees as a good starting point.
The Champs Elysees is almost two kilometres long, ideal if you have a 'non-shopping partner' with you, and an almost unlimited number of shops and cafes. Start perhaps with a look at the Arc de Triomphe, at one end of the Champs Elysees and one of the most visited monuments in Paris.
